As a Team Member in Operations, you will be the face of our plazas, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for travelers. You will engage in positive, helpful interactions, operate point-of-sale systems, and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Whether you are prepping food, stocking shelves, or processing transactions, your role is vital to meeting the needs of our guests.
Please note that Team Members hired during peak business periods (April 1st through September 30th) will be classified as Seasonal employees. Seasonal staff are eligible for specific benefits including Flex (Sick Time), Earned Wage Access, the Employee Referral Bonus, and Meal Discounts.
