This is a fully remote opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned Sales Executive with 7+ years of experience in the staffing industry. Reflik represents the future of the sector, bringing innovation to how staffing services are delivered. As a member of our national sales team, you will drive the expansion of our ReflikOne Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire), alongside Direct Hire and Contingent Staffing Services, targeting Enterprise and Mid-Size clients across the US.
Your primary focus will be new client acquisition. This role is designed for a true "hunter" who thrives on prospecting and closing new business opportunities. You will build lasting customer relationships and grow our overall US market share by engaging with large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market organizations. Success in this position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles, influencing decision-makers at various levels to achieve assigned sales targets.
