About the Role
Situated in the W Hotel, Sexy Roman is a provocative modern Italian restaurant offering playfully balanced artisanal, hand-crafted Italian cuisine with an electrifying atmosphere to ignite your party and seduce your senses. Alluring cocktails, thoughtfully curated worldly wines, and a vibrant bar will keep the revelry going. This concept is brought to you by Alliance Hospitality Group, the masterminds behind FLINT By Baltaire in Phoenix, Baltaire Steakhouse in Los Angeles, and other notable restaurant concepts.
As a key leader in this environment, you will inspire, inspect, and inform restaurant personnel daily. You will develop the skillset of hourly kitchen staff, conduct evaluations, and assist with sourcing and hiring. Your role involves maintaining the highest level of safety, security, sanitation, and cleanliness while ensuring the execution and maintenance of food quality and consistency. You will also participate in PR, marketing, and sales-building efforts for both the restaurant and the food operations at the W Hotel.
