The Line Cook/Kitchen Manager position at Grand Stand Sports Pub, located at the Event Center at Grand Park, is a pivotal role designed to drive customer satisfaction and support restaurant growth. This position blends the precision of line cooking with the organizational oversight of a kitchen manager, ensuring seamless operations during both regular service and special events.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, responsible for setting up prep stations, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest sanitation standards. Success in this position requires excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, allowing you to coordinate effectively with the team while executing high-quality culinary duties.

The base pay for this position ranges from $24 to $28 per hour.
While we welcome candidates with a strong foundation in culinary arts, a Serve Safe certification is preferred. If you do not currently hold this certification, the company is committed to facilitating your certification.
