The Banquet Cook is a vital member of our culinary team, dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Working under the guidance of the Executive Sous Chef, Banquet Chef, or Executive Chef, you will ensure that every dish meets our high standards of quality and consistency. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic environment, where precision and passion for food come together to create memorable moments.
As a seasonal position with the potential for full-time growth, you will play a key part in our kitchen operations, managing everything from ingredient preparation to the final plating of banquet menus. Your ability to adapt to shifting schedules and high-pressure environments will be essential in maintaining the seamless flow of our service.
