About the Role
As a Cook 1, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering consistent food quality and presentation. This entry-level position serves as the foundation of our kitchen operations, focusing on the set-up, preparation, and organization of your workstation under the guidance of experienced team members. You will work closely with Cook 2 and Cook 3 staff to support daily production, ensuring adherence to quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the culinary team, assisting with the preparation of daily specials, salads, and entrees. Your day will involve managing station organization, receiving and storing goods, and interacting professionally with members and guests to accommodate requests and ensure a positive dining experience. We are looking for individuals with a willingness to learn and adapt who are eager to contribute to a positive team environment and grow within the hospitality industry.
