About the Role
As a Cook 2, you will be a vital part of our culinary team, responsible for the set-up, food preparation, and organization of your workstation to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation. This junior-level position serves as a bridge between entry-level and senior culinary roles, requiring you to take on more complex tasks than a Cook 1 while supporting the leadership of the Cook 3 and Chef team.
You will work closely with your team to coordinate smooth kitchen operations, maintain cleanliness and sanitation, and oversee the production of food and beverage items. Your day-to-day involves preparing complete meals, assisting with menu planning and recipe development, and managing inventory. You will also interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating last-minute requests and resolving complaints to uphold our commitment to excellence.
