As a Cook 2, you will be a vital part of our culinary team, responsible for the set-up, food preparation, and organization of your workstation to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation. This junior-level position serves as a bridge between entry-level and senior culinary roles, requiring you to take on more complex tasks than a Cook 1 while supporting the leadership and advanced skills of a Cook 3.
You will work closely with Cook 1 and Cook 3 team members to coordinate smooth kitchen operations. Your day-to-day involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, overseeing the production of food and beverage items, and managing closing and storage processes. You will prepare complete meals, including soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, and baked goods, while adhering to specific cooking techniques and presentation standards designated by our Chefs. Additionally, you may assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products, as well as preparing meals tailored to specific dietary needs or special events.

You will interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and last-minute requests while supporting a positive team environment. We expect you to address and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, practicing effective service recovery and notifying management of issues as needed.
