We are hiring a part-time Social Media Manager to own organic social strategy and execution across 5–6 client accounts. This is a content-first role focused on community, publishing, and reporting, working alongside a separate paid media team.
You will be the bridge between diverse brand identities. The core of this position involves switching gears seamlessly between very different brands without losing the plot on any of them. You will manage content calendars, create native social content (including short-form video and UGC-style assets), and direct creators when needed. Your scope extends to writing on-platform copy that matches each brand's unique voice, briefing internal creative teams on higher-production assets, and managing community engagement.
This role requires a self-directed professional who can work independently without daily check-ins but communicates proactively regarding approvals or escalations. You will join client calls as needed, typically 1–2 touchpoints per account per month, to present monthly reports on performance and strategic recommendations.
