About the Role

We are looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Specialist to manage and execute social media content across multiple platforms. This role exists to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives while maintaining consistent brand standards. You will be part of a team where you are trusted to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice, tone, and visual standards.

In this position, you will not only manage the digital presence but also step onto customer job sites to capture authentic photo and video content. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and work closely with the Brand Manager to submit all posts for review prior to publishing. Your work will directly contribute to our customer retention efforts and monthly email newsletter distribution.
