About the Role
SBM Management is seeking a dynamic Site Manager to coordinate and direct operations across our North Carolina and South Carolina sites. This position is critical for carrying out the company's contractual responsibilities, serving as the primary liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
In this role, you will oversee high-level managerial duties including planning, supervision, budgeting, and vendor relations. You will ensure the site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis while maintaining a safe work environment compliant with local, state, and federal regulations such as FLSA, OSHA, and ADA. The role requires travel between sites to inspect facilities, evaluate program compliance, and facilitate continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
