About the Role

The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the company's bidding and preconstruction activities, serving as the bridge between project vision and financial reality. Based in the Mooresville area, this position is designed for a candidate who thrives on accuracy and strategic planning. You will ensure successful project bids for work in North Carolina and beyond, providing cost assessments that drive decision-making.

In this role, you will interpret blueprints and technical specifications to generate conceptual estimates, often working with limited initial plans. The position requires a self-starter who can manage tight deadlines while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
