Project Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Construction Project Executive for our Philadelphia office to lead high-impact initiatives within a strong project pipeline. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in general commercial construction or large multifamily projects, specifically those valued between $5M and $50M in both new construction and renovation contexts.

As a leader in a growing organization, you will provide direction to multiple project teams, manage complex budgets, and drive operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with Pre-Construction staff to ensure scope coverage and advise on critical project issues. The position offers a unique opportunity to grow with the company while managing annual reviews, training management staff, and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.
