About the Role

This position serves as a key partner to the Regional Facilities Manager, helping to develop and execute the overall vision for the facilities team. You will drive the strategic direction for operations and maintenance in alignment with client goals, ensuring that all site performance is continuously improved. Your day-to-day involves overseeing operational aspects to protect and enhance the value of client sites, inspecting properties to guarantee the highest quality standards, and managing third-party contractors. You will act as the primary interface for client representatives, collaborating to determine expectations and ensuring the delivery of committed services. Additionally, you will foster a safety-first culture, manage employee development, and utilize JLL tools and processes to ensure service delivery is highly efficient and effective.
