About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor at our Indianapolis location, you will serve as a vital leader on the floor, ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a collaborative team.

In this position, you will perform all the duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for the team in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, directing activities and maintaining operational standards. Your day will involve coaching team members on transaction processing and compliance, resolving customer complaints, and fostering a culture of integrity and excellence. You will also support community marketing efforts and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
