About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor at our Charlotte location, you will serve as a vital leader on the floor, ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on greater responsibility.
You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will step up to direct the activities of all team members. Your day will involve coaching team members on superior service and compliance, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. You will also support community marketing efforts and help manage schedules, cash, and store audits.
