As a Shift Supervisor at our Bronx location, you will provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy leader who thrives in a busy environment and is committed to building lasting relationships with our customers.
You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for directing the activities of all team members. Your day will involve coaching team members on superior service and compliance, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. You will also support community marketing efforts and help manage schedules, cash, and store audits.
