About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor at our Brooklyn location, you will serve as a vital leader on the floor, ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive a culture of excellence.

In this position, you will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations. You will act as the primary point of contact for the team in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, directing activities and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Your day will involve coaching team members on superior service and compliance, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. You will also support community marketing efforts and assist in managing schedules, cash, and store audits.
