About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will serve as a key leader supporting the Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, you will lead the store staff, ensure operations run smoothly, and oversee the completion of all opening and closing procedures. Your day will involve effectively communicating between management and crews, assisting customers with questions and complaints, and maintaining a positive shopping experience that upholds our customer service culture.
