About the Role
The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team also leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. As an Inbound Expert, you will enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work.
No two days are ever the same in this role. You will operate in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding environment where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving are key to success. A typical day involves executing detailed sorting operations, stocking and organizing reserve product, and maintaining product availability on the sales floor. You will also support guest services, such as backup cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up, ensuring a welcoming experience for every shopper.
