About the Role
The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team also leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work.
As an Inbound Expert, no two days are ever the same. You will thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving are key to success. You will execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, stock and organize reserve product, and maintain product availability on the sales floor. You will also support guest services such as backup cashier, order pickup, and Drive Up, ensuring a smooth, easy shopping experience.
