About the Role

The General Merchandise and Food Sales team is dedicated to enabling a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. As an Inbound Expert, you will be a vital part of this mission, leading inbound, outbound, replenishment, and inventory accuracy processes. You will also support Food & Beverage and Food Service areas to provide a fresh and food-safe experience, while owning pick, pack, and ship fulfillment work to ensure efficient delivery to our guests.

No two days are ever the same in this role. You will thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding environment where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem-solving are key. Your day will involve executing detailed sorting operations, stocking and organizing reserve product, and maintaining product availability on the sales floor. You will operate powered equipment, handle merchandise safely, and process defective or environmentally sensitive items in compliance with laws and regulations.

Beyond operations, you will be the face of our guest-first culture. You will create a welcoming experience by greeting guests, engaging with them to solve specific needs, and providing backup support for cashier, order pick-up, and Drive-Up services. Whether you are working independently or as part of a team, you will resolve guest questions quickly and ensure a safe, ethical, and compliant environment at all times.
