About the Role

The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. As an Inbound Expert, you will be an expert of operations, process, and efficiency, enabling a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

No two days are ever the same in this role. You will execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, stock and organize reserve product, and maintain product availability on the sales floor. You will also support guest services such as backup cashier, order pick-up, and Drive Up, creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests and helping solve their specific needs. The role requires operating powered equipment, handling merchandise safely, and maintaining a culture of ethical conduct and safety compliance.
