As a Key Holder, you serve as a vital extension of store management, stepping in to open and close the store, manage cash handling systems, and ensure the floor and stockroom are fully prepared for the business day. This role is designed for a leader who can model a distinctive and delightful customer experience, engaging with customers and patients to resolve issues and answer questions with professionalism and care.
You will act as a liaison between management and the team, communicating tasks and reporting on disciplinary issues or customer complaints when leadership is absent. Beyond operational duties, you play a key role in developing other team members by coaching them on warehouse ordering processes, inventory accuracy, and customer service best practices. From managing pricing and signage to ensuring compliance with state laws on regulated products, you help maintain the store's operational integrity and welcoming atmosphere.
