You will model Walgreens service traits, engaging customers with proactive assistance and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
Beyond customer interactions, you will act as a liaison between management and the team, communicating tasks and reporting feedback when leadership is absent. You will also assist in coaching team members on warehouse ordering processes, inventory accuracy, and compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. Your day involves a blend of operational leadership, financial accountability, and maintaining the store's physical condition and appearance.
