As a Key Holder, you serve as a vital extension of store management, ensuring the business runs smoothly in their absence. You are responsible for the full operational cycle of the store, from opening and closing procedures to managing cash handling, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe, orderly environment. This role is designed for a proactive leader who can model exceptional customer service while coaching team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience for every shopper.
In this position, you will act as a liaison between management and the team, communicating tasks and reporting on store status when leadership is not present. You will play a key role in developing displays, managing pricing compliance, and ensuring adherence to all company policies and local regulations.
