About the Role
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst with specific proficiency in the French language to support our French-speaking user base. This onsite role in Morrisville, NC, serves as the first point of contact for technical inquiries, ensuring efficient resolution of hardware and software issues while maintaining high service standards.
In this position, you will filter Help Desk calls, perform basic troubleshooting (including password resets and printer configurations), and manage the prioritization and documentation of incoming service desk tickets. The role requires analyzing incident reports to identify trends and recommending changes to prevent future problems, as well as producing user manuals and guidance for end-users. You will work closely with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams to escalate serious problems and ensure minimal service interruptions through system updates and maintenance.
