The Policy Executive/Strategic Planner will serve as a key personnel position supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) as a contractor through Arlo Solutions. This role is critical for providing cybersecurity and information assurance support services for NSWCPD Code 104.
In this onsite position based in Philadelphia, PA, you will be responsible for developing high-level cybersecurity policies, strategic plans, and technical documentation. Your work will directly support the Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process and the implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) across the organization. You will act as a bridge between complex technical requirements and executive leadership, translating intricate cybersecurity concepts into clear policy directives and strategic plans aligned with Navy, DoD, and Federal requirements.

Experience briefing executive leadership on cybersecurity matters.
