About the Role

This position supports the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3, specifically the Enterprise Operations and Maintenance Task Order. The role is based at the USSOCOM Headquarters at MacDill AFB, FL, with potential support for TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad. The mission is to provide high-quality IT platform and network services to USSOCOM, its Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands, and end-users operating 24x7x365 around the globe.

As an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) / RMF Analyst, you will ensure the security and integrity of Federal and National Security organization information systems. You will manage risk and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This role requires a proactive approach to security management and the ability to collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will provide hands-on cybersecurity support focused on the Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, compliance reporting, and the development of cybersecurity documentation.
