The Deployed Sustainable Programs (DSP) Branch within the C4ISR Division is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO)/Cyber Security Analyst to ensure successful program execution for a Department of War customer. Join our team of engineers, scientists, technicians, and business professionals to contribute to the next generation of defense technologies.
This role is critical to maintaining the security posture of mission-critical systems. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you must be self-motivated, reliable, and capable of initiating tasks independently. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong verbal and written communication skills who can effectively manage multiple tasks.
You will partner with system owners and technical teams to ensure information systems comply with NIST 800-53, the Risk Management Framework (RMF), and Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) guidance. Your day-to-day will involve developing and maintaining security documentation, supporting Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes, and conducting security control assessments. You will also monitor system activity for incidents, provide guidance on secure architecture, and deliver security awareness training.

DoD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level 3 certifications. Experience with configuration tools such as Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and Group Policy Objects (GPO). Familiarity with virtualization software (i.e., VMware ESXi/vSphere) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, PowerCLI, Bash). Familiarity with interconnection security agreements and memorandums of understanding. In-depth understanding of network topologies, protocols, hardware (e.g., switches, routers, etc.) and hardening techniques. Hands-on experience with eMASS ATO submission process. Experience working with system administrators, software developers, and systems engineers.
