This direct-hire role sits at the critical intersection of data architecture, marketing technology, and campaign delivery. The organization is dedicated to powering customer engagement across multiple finance and banking verticals through scalable, high-quality data insights.

About the Role

As the Marketing Data Platforms Manager, you will lead a four-person Data Science & Analysis team, driving a leadership-first approach focused on team direction, platform ownership, and strategic execution. While you will maintain close oversight of development, your primary focus is ensuring data-driven marketing execution across the enterprise.

In this position, you will serve as the Product Owner for key enterprise platforms, including Salesforce Data Cloud and Master Data Management (MDM). You will partner with Analytics, Integrated Marketing, and Brand Strategy to define audience segmentation, activation strategies, and measurement frameworks. Your day-to-day involves leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement, translating complex data concepts into actionable business insights, and driving MDM transformation initiatives, such as migrations from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.
