About the Opportunity

Vaco is partnering with a nationally respected, technically focused, and rapidly growing financial organization in the Cumberland area of Atlanta to find a strategic Marketing Data Platforms Manager. This direct-hire role sits at the critical intersection of data architecture, marketing technology, and campaign delivery, ensuring scalable, high-quality data insights that power customer engagement across multiple finance and banking verticals.

The Role

As a manager-first leader, you will direct a Data Science & Analysis team responsible for enabling data-driven marketing execution across the enterprise. Rather than focusing exclusively on hands-on development, your primary mission is to provide team direction, own key platforms, and drive strategic execution. You will serve as the Product Owner for critical enterprise platforms, including Salesforce Data Cloud and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, bridging the gap between complex data concepts and actionable business insights.

The Team & Culture

You will partner closely with Analytics, Integrated Marketing, and Brand Strategy to define audience segmentation, activation strategies, and measurement frameworks. This role requires influencing both technical and business teams to drive MDM transformation initiatives, including migrations from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.
