Vaco is partnering with a nationally respected, technically focused, and rapidly growing financial organization in the North Dallas area to find a strategic Marketing Data Platforms Manager. This direct-hire role sits at the critical intersection of data architecture, marketing technology, and campaign delivery, ensuring scalable, high-quality data insights power customer engagement across multiple finance and banking verticals.

The Role

As a manager-first leader, you will direct a Data Science & Analysis team responsible for enabling data-driven marketing execution across the enterprise. Rather than focusing exclusively on hands-on development, your primary focus will be on team direction, platform ownership, and strategic execution. You will serve as the Product Owner for key enterprise platforms, including Salesforce Data Cloud and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, driving roadmap ownership and prioritization.

In this position, you will translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable business insights while maintaining close oversight of execution. You will partner with Analytics, Integrated Marketing, and Brand Strategy to define audience segmentation, activation strategies, and measurement frameworks. The role involves leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement to influence both technical and business teams, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems while adhering to strict data governance, privacy, and consent requirements.
