About the Role
The Service Coordinator is a pivotal member of the Vertiv Services Scheduling and Planning group. This role is dedicated to orchestrating the scheduling and direction of technicians, ensuring the seamless execution of service activities across the district. The position serves as a bridge between operational demands and customer satisfaction, playing a critical part in fulfilling work orders to meet contractual requirements while maximizing revenue.\n Beyond logistics, the Service Coordinator is responsible for nurturing relationships with both internal teams and external customers, helping to build and maintain a positive corporate image. The role thrives in a high-volume environment where routine tasks are managed with precision, self-motivation, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Success in this position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional planning and organizational abilities.
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position, Monday through Friday, designed for individuals who are customer-focused and eager to contribute to the reliability of power and thermal systems.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDispatch scheduled events including warranty, start-up, and battery replacements
- check_circleCoordinate preventative maintenance services for all district customers
- check_circleManage site activation and cancellation activities on Service Partner Web
- check_circleReview and modify preventative maintenance schedule dates before releasing tickets
- check_circleMonitor and manage scheduling of Customer Engineers and Service Partners
- check_circleMaintain a master schedule of all Customer Engineers daily service activities
- check_circleProvide preventative maintenance due reports to Customer Engineers
- check_circlePrepare and maintain weekend work calendars and duty technician schedules
Requirements
