We have an immediate opening for a full-time Receptionist in our San Francisco office. This is a pivotal position, as the Receptionist serves as the face of the firm. You will be responsible for presenting a professional and courteous image to internal and external customers and clients, ensuring that all requests are addressed with excellence.
Reporting to the Office Administrator, you will provide essential support to the daily operations of the San Francisco office. Your day will involve welcoming visitors, managing building access cards, assisting with hoteling offices, and handling administrative tasks such as uploading invoices and preparing weekly forms. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
This position is onsite, Monday through Friday. The schedule is flexible between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM to accommodate the needs of the office and our clients.
