About the Role

The Sr. Manager, Global Benefits will lead the design, management, and execution of our benefits programs across 50 countries. This role exists to ensure our offerings are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and deeply aligned with our company's values and talent strategy. You will serve as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners, managing global benefits operations, vendor relationships, M&A integration, and local compliance.

In this position, you will oversee a direct report staff of two while navigating a fast-paced, matrixed, and culturally diverse environment. Your day-to-day involves balancing global consistency with local customization, ensuring that our benefits philosophy resonates with employees from the Americas to EMEA and APAC. You will drive the employee experience by establishing effective communication processes and providing escalation support for complex issues, all while monitoring data trends to inform future decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleManage global and local benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants including contract negotiation
  • check_circleConduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to ensure market-competitive programs
  • check_circlePartner with HR and Finance teams to manage benefits budgets and forecasting
  • check_circleDevelop global communications and educational materials to explain benefits programs
  • check_circleOversee the administration of employee leaves and workers' compensation claims

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • verified7–10 years of progressive experience in global benefits management
