The Sr. Manager, Global Benefits will lead the design, management, and execution of our benefits programs across 50 countries. This role exists to ensure our offerings are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and deeply aligned with our company's values and talent strategy. You will serve as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners, managing global benefits operations, vendor relationships, M&A integration, and local compliance.
In this position, you will oversee a direct report staff of two while navigating a fast-paced, matrixed, and culturally diverse environment. Your day-to-day involves balancing global consistency with local customization, ensuring that our benefits philosophy resonates with employees from the Americas to EMEA and APAC. You will drive the employee experience by establishing effective communication processes and providing escalation support for complex issues, all while monitoring data trends to inform future decision-making.
