Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Senior Analyst

About the Role

This position serves as an active member of multiple employer client teams, delivering financial analyses, outputs, and client-specific deliverables across a region. The role is designed to support benefit plan analysis, design, cost avoidance, risk management, and funding strategies. You will contribute to vendor financial reviews and provide quality assurance on technical and consulting accuracy for client projects.

Your work involves developing pricing and employee contribution strategies, modeling plan design alternatives, and calculating reserves. You will deliver accurate and reliable claim reporting and financial modeling to client teams to support their decision-making processes. Additionally, you will partner with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams to ensure superior project management.

A key aspect of this role is learning to communicate complex financial, actuarial, and analytic results effectively to drive client action. You will build strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams to solve issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
