The Quality Control Analyst II is a pivotal role designed to maximize outcomes for homeowners by ensuring the highest standards of compliance and accuracy. You will act as a bridge between clients, industry partners, and internal teams, conducting quality control audits and sustainability testing to identify gaps and drive resolution.
In this position, you will not only evaluate loans using the system of record but also research complex issues by leveraging tools like ALLRegs, agency guidance, and subject matter experts. Your work involves reporting systemic issues, developing quality control guidelines, and assisting management with reviews and special projects. We provide the necessary equipment; all you need is a quiet, private place in your home and a high-speed internet connection with a minimum network download speed of 25 megabits per second (MBPS) and a minimum network upload speed of 10 MBPS. While working conditions are normal for an office environment, flexibility is key. You will be expected to be productive during normal business hours, with the ability to work early, late, or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance.

2+ years of project management experience. Experience in conducting business with offshore vendors. Experience with Black Knight LoanSphere and/or other MSP systems. Experience with loan document imaging (Ice Data & Document Automation) and quality control systems (ACES).
