Key Responsibilities
- check_circleTrack, follow up, and process EDI Enrollment agreements
- check_circleCommunicate with clients and insurance payers via phone, email, and support center
- check_circleComplete enrollment administrative tasks within the Waystar system
- check_circleAdhere to deadlines, assigned metrics, and service level agreements
- check_circleConduct in-depth research and analysis as needed
- check_circleFulfill departmental tasks assigned by the manager
- check_circleAttend meetings and participate in professional development training
Requirements
- verified2nd Semester Junior or Senior
- verified3.2 or above GPA
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- verifiedAble to work 20-30 hours a week
