About the Role

This Finance Coordinator position offers an excellent opportunity to use your finance skills to advance sustainability and nonprofit missions. You will provide essential financial and administrative support to the organization, focusing on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Grant Administration. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to systemic change across the global apparel and textile industry.

As a member of the finance team, you will collaborate with staff on contract renewals, manage financial relationships with service providers, and ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments. You will also support grant administration activities, including tracking expenditures, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and generating financial reports for grantors. This is a chance to work with cutting-edge tools like Salesforce and QuickBooks Online while helping organizations identify hotspots and improve sustainability performance.
