Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist with month-end and year-end close processes
- check_circlePrepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- check_circlePerform bank and account reconciliations
- check_circleSupport accounts receivable, including invoicing and revenue tracking
- check_circleAssist with revenue recognition processes
- check_circleMaintain accurate financial records and documentation
- check_circleSupport audits and financial reporting requirements
- check_circleCollaborate with finance and operations teams
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- verified1-3 years of accounting experience or relevant internships
- verifiedMicrosoft Excel: pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas
- verifiedLegally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Exposure to ASC 606 revenue recognition processes. Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software. Experience with Stripe, Zuora, or similar billing platforms.
