The Senior Growth Consultant serves as a strategic partner to Coldwell Banker franchisees within a defined territory, driving growth and brand engagement strategies. This role is built on three primary pillars: Retention, Growth, and Optimization, all aimed at attaining specific performance metrics and delivering a world-class brand value customer experience.
In this position, you will independently manage assigned processes and projects while working in close partnership with Franchise Sales and Brand Leadership. Your day-to-day involves leading field support to evaluate and prioritize markets, developing organic growth strategies, and presenting at prospect-facing brand events. You will identify opportunities for strategic consolidation, transfers, M&A, and roll-in events to expand franchise footprints. Beyond strategy, you will lead complex consulting engagements involving financial analysis, expense management, and business planning to drive revenue growth. You will also benchmark goal setting, manage compliance and contractual changes, and conduct virtual sessions on industry and brand topics.
This is a remote role based in New Jersey or New York, with the flexibility to consider other locations. The position requires travel up to 50% within the Northeast region.
