The Senior Growth Consultant serves as a strategic partner to Coldwell Banker franchisees within a defined territory, driving growth and brand engagement strategies. This role is built on three primary pillars: Retention, Growth, and Optimization, all aimed at attaining specific performance metrics and delivering a world-class brand value customer experience.
In this position, you will independently manage assigned processes and projects while working in close partnership with Franchise Sales and Brand Leadership. Your day-to-day involves leading field support to evaluate and prioritize markets, developing organic growth strategies, and presenting at prospect-facing brand events. You will identify opportunities for strategic consolidation, transfers, M&A, and roll-in events to expand franchise footprints and increase market share.
You will lead complex consulting engagements that include financial analysis, expense management, and business planning to drive revenue growth. A key part of your mission is to benchmark goal setting by conducting business planning and setting strategic goals for franchisees. You will also manage compliance, handle contractual changes, and ensure brand leadership is involved in critical franchise matters. This role requires a balance of independent work and collaboration, with the ability to travel up to 50% within the Midwest to support high-expectation organizations.
