The Senior Growth Consultant serves as a strategic partner to Coldwell Banker franchisees within a defined territory, driving growth and brand engagement strategies. This role is built on three primary pillars: Retention, Growth, and Optimization, all aimed at attaining specific performance metrics and delivering a world-class brand value customer experience.
In this position, you will independently manage assigned processes and projects while working in partnership with Franchise Sales to evaluate markets and develop growth strategies. Your day-to-day involves leading complex consulting engagements that include financial analysis, expense management, and business planning to drive revenue. You will identify opportunities for organic gain, strategic consolidation, transfers, M&A, and roll-in events to expand franchise footprints and increase market share.
You will act as a key liaison between franchisees and brand leadership, ensuring critical franchise matters are addressed and that brand engagement initiatives are successfully implemented. This includes developing and conducting virtual sessions on industry topics, managing compliance and contractual changes, and benchmarking goal setting through strategic business planning. The role requires a balance of independent field support and high-level collaboration to ensure franchisees achieve their growth targets.

The ideal candidate will be located in the Midwest near a major airport, though we remain open to considering applicants from other areas. This position is remote-based but requires travel up to 50% within the Midwest region.
