The Senior Growth Consultant serves as a strategic partner to Coldwell Banker franchisees within a defined territory, driving growth and brand engagement strategies. This role is built on three primary pillars: Retention, Growth, and Optimization, all aimed at delivering specific performance metrics and a world-class customer experience.
In this position, you will independently manage assigned processes and projects while working closely with leadership. You will support high-expectation organizations with a laser focus on top-tier franchises, leading field support by partnering with Franchise Sales to evaluate markets and develop growth strategies. Your day-to-day involves identifying opportunities for organic gain, strategic consolidation, and M&A, while driving key metrics such as agent recruiting, retention, and franchise sales growth. You will also lead complex consulting engagements involving financial analysis, expense management, and business planning to expand franchise footprints and increase market share.
This is a remote role based in New Jersey or New York, with travel requirements up to 50% within the Northeast. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver with superior communication skills, capable of building brand engagement and managing compliance within the Book of Business.
