The Senior Account Manager is a pivotal support role within the Client Services Department, designed for professionals with strong expertise in online fundraising, digital persuasion, and cross-platform digital strategy. This position serves as a bridge between senior leadership and day-to-day operations, offering a unique opportunity to grow into full account ownership.
You will manage a small portfolio of 3-5 multi-service client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for advocacy organizations and campaigns. Your day will involve coordinating internal staff across copy, creative, and reporting teams, while delivering clear, compelling updates to clients on performance trends and strategic recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who has previously led digital strategy at an organization or on a campaign and is ready to master the nuances of client-facing account management.
This is a temporary, full-time cycle hire role designed to provide additional capacity during a defined period of work. The position runs from June 1, 2026, to November 13, 2026, with a start date on or after June 1. Middle Seat fills this evergreen role on a rolling basis as needed.
