This position serves as the strategic engine behind 211 Big Bend's growth and community visibility. You will be responsible for crafting and executing the agency's comprehensive fundraising, marketing, and public relations plans. Working in close collaboration with the board of directors, staff, alumni, and community volunteers, you will ensure that our vital resources reach those in crisis across Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Liberty, Madison, Taylor, and Wakulla counties.
Your day will involve developing a compelling case for support, managing signature events like A Night of Hope, and overseeing integrated annual giving programs. Beyond the tactical execution, you will act as a relationship builder, cultivating strategic partnerships with local universities, hospitals, and key institutions to strengthen 211 Big Bend's role as a community cornerstone. You will also lead the recruitment and training of volunteers and interns, ensuring our team is empowered to support our mission.
