Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport the design and execution of nonprofit fundraising initiatives aligned with real estate and community impact strategies
- check_circleResearch and prioritize prospective donors, sponsors, and partners interested in community development and neighborhood revitalization
- check_circleBuild and manage a pipeline of donors and partners, tracking outreach and engagement activity in a CRM system
- check_circleDraft compelling fundraising materials including proposals, pitch decks, impact summaries, and email communications
- check_circleSupport relationship management with existing donors through regular updates, reporting, and personalized stewardship activities
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project data and performance metrics into clear impact narratives
- check_circleGather and organize data on project outcomes and community benefits to support grant applications and donor reports
- check_circleAssist in preparing grant applications and reporting deliverables including timelines, metrics, and compliance documentation
- check_circleMaintain accurate fundraising records, calendars, and documentation to ensure timely follow-up and communication
- check_circleMonitor trends in philanthropy and impact investing to help refine fundraising strategies and identify new opportunities
- check_circleContribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- check_circleCoordinate and help execute fundraising campaigns, events, site tours, and presentations highlighting project impact
Requirements
- verified2–3 years of experience in fundraising, development, donor relations, sales, or investor relations
- verifiedBachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, public administration, or related field
- verifiedExperience with grant writing, fundraising events, or CRM tools
- verifiedStrong writing and communication skills
- verifiedComfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
- verifiedCFRE certification preferred
- verifiedCoursework or certificate in nonprofit management, fundraising, or philanthropy preferred
Nice to Have
Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification. Coursework or certificate in nonprofit management, fundraising, or philanthropy. Formal training in grant writing, development, or CRM platforms.
