As the Development Operations and Communications Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of the Foundation's digital presence while supporting donor engagement through marketing, communications, and grant management. This role serves as the bridge between our mission and our community, ensuring our digital platforms are vibrant, our donor relationships are nurtured, and our grantmaking processes run smoothly.
You will be a hands-on, detail-oriented professional managing the Foundation's website, social media strategy, and CRM systems. Your day will involve creating compelling content, designing visual assets, and collaborating with the Executive Director and Daniel Defense team members to drive marketing campaigns and fundraising initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in our events, including our annual banquets, by producing multimedia content and managing on-site logistics.
This position is based in Black Creek, GA, and requires an in-person presence. The role involves working within a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to machinery, noise, chemicals, and lights/lasers. As such, the ability to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment and adhere to strict safety and environmental health principles is essential. Occasional travel may be required for Foundation events.
