About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you are the face of our stores, dedicated to providing SMART customer service through the daily execution of our policies and programs. In this role, you will serve as a knowledgeable resource, responding promptly to questions and walking customers through store areas or projects as needed. You will also handle specific operational tasks such as writing contracts and invoices for equipment rentals and tool repairs. Beyond customer interaction, you play a vital part in maintaining a safe and secure environment by adhering to strict safety requirements, detecting security risks, and ensuring housekeeping standards are met. You will operate various store equipment tailored to your specific department, from point-of-sale systems to specialized tools like panel saws and paint mixers.
